Payment Info

We offer safe shopping and accept payments by Credit Card, Debit Card or VISA.
Products listed are in SGD

Ensure that the correct item(s) are selected before checking out your cart. Item(s) are not replaceable once the order are being placed, shipped out or if replacement item(s) are out of stock.
Cancellation of order is not allowed once order is being placed. In the event of cancellation, no refund will be processed.
Kindly ensure all information are submitted accurately to prevent shipping delays.
Orders will take about 7 to 14 business days during non-peak periods to arrive due to stocks being in overseas warehouse and might take slightly longer during peak periods (e.g. Chinese New Year, Christmas or sale events).

Registered Courier** S$4.50 2 – 4 days
Expedited Courier*** S$6.50 1 – 2 days

* Delivery time excludes the time to ship from our warehouse overseas to Singapore.

** Registered Courier comes with a tracking number and will be delivered to your doorstep.

*** Expedited Courier is where the order will be delivered to you as soon as the item(s) come.

Defects Info

If the item(s) you received is defective, please email us at [email protected] with pictures of the defects clearly shown within 5 days of receiving your order.
If defective item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out once customers mailed back the defective item.
If defective item is not in stock, refund will be processed once the defective item is mailed back to us.

Exchange and Return Info

Returns & exchange are not allowed for SALE items or orders with promotional codes.
Returns & exchange are only for defective items or dispatched of wrong orders (e.g. wrong colour or design).
All returns and exchange must be done via mailing within 7 days by tracking method (e.g. smartpac, AM mail or registered mail). Postage fee will be borne by customer. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
If item is deliberately destroyed or damaged for exchange or refund, it will not be eligible for exchange/return.
Eligibility of return or exchange will be determined based on our discretion.
